On November 16, 2007 I am happy to announce that Richard was Frocked to HM3. This is such a huge milestone. This ritual of Frocking someone to the next rank will seperate him from the most Junior of Sailors and put him in the world of Enlisted Petty Officers. Even though for him he was already playing the rule of a responsible Petty Officer now he has the rank to help him carry out his mission. Way to go Richard!!!!
